This Privacy Policy applies to the co-7 mobile application (the “Application”) created by co-7 (“Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information to provide and improve its core services. This includes:
Personally Identifiable Information: Your email address (via Google Firebase Authentication) to sync favorites and manage your profile.
Usage Data: Favorites, app preferences, and media you interact with (stored via Google Firebase Firestore).
Automatically Collected Information: IP address, device model, operating system, and time spent on the application.
2. Device Permissions
To function correctly, the Application requires the following permissions:
Media Library / Gallery: To save (download) images and videos directly to your device.
Internet Access: To fetch content from our servers (Firebase and Cloudinary).
Haptics (Vibration): To provide tactile feedback during user interactions.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to manage data and improve performance:
Google Firebase: For authentication, analytics, crashlytics, and database management.
Cloudinary: For secure storage and optimization of images and videos.
Expo: For application framework and updates.
3.1 Subscription & Payment Data
EN: co-7 offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not collect, store, or process any payment or credit card information. All billing is handled by Apple. Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your Apple ID Account Settings.
TR: co-7, yalnızca Apple Uygulama İçi Satın Alma sistemi aracılığıyla işlenen otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunmaktadır. 4. Account and Data Deletion (Mandatory)
Users have full control over their data. You can delete your account and all associated personal data (email, favorites, usage history) permanently by navigating to:
Profile > Delete Account
Once confirmed, this action is irreversible and all data will be purged from our servers (Firebase & Cloudinary).
5. Children’s Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If we discover such data has been provided, we will delete it immediately.

co-7 (“Uygulama”), co-7 (“Hizmet Sağlayıcı”) tarafından sunulan ücretsiz bir hizmettir. Bu belge, kullanıcılarımızın verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini ve korunduğunu açıklar.
1. Toplanan Veriler ve Kullanım Amaçları
Kimlik Bilgileri: Favorilerinizi senkronize edebilmek için e-posta adresiniz Google Firebase Authentication aracılığıyla saklanır.
Kullanım Verileri: Favorilere eklediğiniz içerikler ve tercihleriniz Google Firebase Firestore veritabanında tutulur.
Otomatik Veriler: IP adresi, cihaz modeli ve uygulama içi kullanım süreleri analiz amacıyla işlenir.
2. Cihaz İzinleri
Uygulama, temel işlevlerini yerine getirebilmek için şu izinlere ihtiyaç duyar:
Medya Kitaplığı / Galeri: Seçtiğiniz içerikleri cihazınıza kaydedebilmeniz için gereklidir.
İnternet Erişimi: İçeriklerin sunucularımızdan (Firebase ve Cloudinary) çekilmesi için kullanılır.
Titreşim (Haptics): Kullanıcı etkileşimlerinde geri bildirim sağlamak amacıyla kullanılır.
3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Verileriniz, güvenlik standartlarına uygun olarak şu servislerde barındırılır:
Google Firebase: Kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı ve performans takibi.
Cloudinary: Medya dosyalarının (görsel/video) saklanması ve optimize edilmesi.
4. Hesap ve Veri Silme
Kullanıcılar verileri üzerinde tam kontrole sahiptir. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi uygulama içerisindeki şu adımı takip ederek kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz:

Bu işlem gerçekleştirildiğinde e-posta adresiniz ve tüm favori verileriniz sunucularımızdan geri döndürülemez şekilde silinir.
5. Çocukların Gizliliği
co-7, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Bu yönde bir veri paylaşıldığını fark ederseniz lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.

7. AI Features & Facial Image Data
EN: The Application offers an optional “AI” feature (AI Meme / Face Swap) that places a face onto curated meme templates.
– When you use it, the photo you select (which may contain a face) is uploaded to our servers and sent to our third-party AI processing provider (fal.ai) only to generate the requested image.
– Facial images are used solely for this one-time generation. They are NOT used to identify you, NOT sold, and NOT used for advertising. The uploaded source photo is deleted after processing and is not retained.
– The generated result is stored on our media storage so you can view, download, or share it, and always carries a visible watermark and an “AI” label.
– By using this feature you confirm that you own the photo or have the explicit permission of the person whose face appears in it. Uploading photos of other people without consent, or images of minors, is prohibited.
– You may delete your generated results and account data at any time (see Account & Data Deletion).
8. Purchases and Credits (“Jeton”)
EN: In addition to subscriptions, the Application offers consumable in-app “Jeton” (credit) packs used for AI generations.
– All purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect, store, or process any payment or card information.
– We use RevenueCat to validate and manage purchases; a non-personal app-user identifier and your purchase/transaction history are processed for this purpose.
– Credits are consumable, have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or the relevant store’s policy.

7. Yapay Zekâ Özellikleri ve Yüz Görseli Verileri
TR: Uygulama, opsiyonel bir “AI” özelliği (AI Meme / Yüz Değiştirme) sunar; bu özellik, seçtiğiniz bir yüzü hazır meme şablonlarına yerleştirir.
– Özelliği kullandığınızda seçtiğiniz fotoğraf (yüz içerebilir) sunucularımıza yüklenir ve yalnızca istenen görseli üretmek için üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ sağlayıcımıza (fal.ai) gönderilir.
– Yüz görselleri yalnızca bu tek seferlik üretim için kullanılır. Sizi tanımlamak için KULLANILMAZ, satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz. Yüklenen kaynak fotoğraf, üretim tamamlandıktan sonra silinir ve saklanmaz.
– Üretilen sonuç, görüntüleyebilmeniz/indirebilmeniz/paylaşabilmeniz için medya depomuzda tutulur ve daima görünür bir filigran ile “AI” etiketi taşır.
– Bu özelliği kullanarak, fotoğrafın size ait olduğunu veya yüzü görünen kişinin açık iznine sahip olduğunuzu onaylarsınız. Başkalarının fotoğraflarını izinsiz veya reşit olmayanların görsellerini yüklemek yasaktır.
– Üretilen sonuçlarınızı ve hesap verilerinizi dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz (bkz. Hesap ve Veri Silme).
8. Satın Almalar ve Jetonlar
TR: Aboneliklere ek olarak Uygulama, AI üretimlerinde kullanılan tüketilebilir uygulama içi “Jeton” paketleri sunar.
– Tüm satın almalar yalnızca Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir. Tarafımızca hiçbir ödeme veya kart bilgisi toplanmaz, saklanmaz veya işlenmez.
– Satın almaları doğrulamak ve yönetmek için RevenueCat kullanırız; bu amaçla kişisel olmayan bir uygulama-kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma/işlem geçmişiniz işlenir.
– Jetonlar tüketilebilir niteliktedir; parasal değeri yoktur, devredilemez ve yasa veya ilgili mağaza politikasının gerektirdiği haller dışında iade edilmez.
